Our new Muay Thai class begins on Wednesday, October 22nd. If you are eligible for this class, please come prepared to work hard from bell to bell. You will need to have the following equipment:
--good fitting mouthpiece
--groin protection
--boxing/kickboxing gloves
--bag or MMA gloves
--shin pads
--head gear
If you do not have these items yet, you can order them through our pro-shop. Talk to Olga or myself about getting the right gear.
Striking arts are my foundation, so I am really looking forward to getting this class going. See you there.
